SME business pioneers seek capable & committed Community and Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team based in central London. Key Responsibilities:

Community & Client Management:

Manage and maintain day-to-day functions including front-of-house reception, client meet & greet, both in-person & remote, meeting schedules and housekeeping schedules.

Common Area & Facilities Upkeep:

Maintain pristine internal and external common areas to high standards and ensure full-service operations, including coffee lounge, kitchen pantries, meeting rooms, offices, storage, building external entrance, signage, planters, parking area etc. Proactively identify, arrange and manage repairs or upgrades when required.

Customer Service & Onboarding:

Answer customer booking and service enquiries, including out-of-hours phone and message support, to serve, guide and troubleshoot for clients. Set up new client offices, workstations and communications. Provide orientation with health, safety and fire information and introduction packs.

Reservations & Brokers Liaison:

Promptly answer booking, broker and client enquiries. Conduct viewings & maintain occupancy schedules, collect and respond to reviews and feedback, and maintain positive relationships.

Digital Platform Administration:

Manage and upkeep reservations and enquiries, websites, listings, content, socials, and in-house office IT communications and software systems, including comms room equipment, server and network. Liaise with outsourced IT consultants and contractors. Monitor and optimise online presence and SEO.

Supplies Procurement:

Liaise with suppliers and contractors, organise and monitor manage supplies and sundries, equipment and stock supplies for all aspects of offices, building and retreat, with inventory/stock level and cost control, invoice and records checking/filing to ensure procurement timeliness and resource efficiency.

Directors, Team & Events Support:

Support Directors and coordinate with the team for on-site and off-site operations, logistics and travel, both domestic and international, scheduling and resourcing for projects and presentations, internal and external events, and service provision across the Group.

Our Ideal Candidate/About You:

We are looking for someone organised, reliable and responsible who enjoys helping people and solving problems with a can-do mindset and good communication skills.

We would like someone to be able to start immediately for the 6-8 week temp role.

Strong written and spoken English is essential; fluency in French is requested (for temp role) and essential for the perm role.

A clean driving licence is requested and may be required for aspects of the role.

You should be digitally confident, with experience or practical knowhow across website updates, social media, online listings, office software and basic IT systems.

An interest in culture, lifestyle, design, wellbeing and sustainability would be warmly welcomed.
