Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred signifies the evolution of Shoreditch and is home to 258 bedrooms and suites, restaurants and bars and five meeting and event spaces. The restaurants and bars include Seed Library, a cocktail bar by renowned bartender Mr Lyan and Kaso a rooftop bar and terrace with panoramic views across East London. At One Hundred Shoreditch, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional rooms. As a Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably clean environment for every guest who stays with us.
What you'll be doing
As a Room Attendant, you will:
  • Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
  • Change bed linen, replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
  • Ensure all rooms are presented beautifully and ready for arriving guests.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain housekeeping storage areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room targets without compromising quality.
  • Support colleagues across the Housekeeping department to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel experience is advantageous but not essential).
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work.
  • Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £29,645 p/a + service charge + benefits
