Working as a General Manager for DHL Supply Chain offers the opportunity to lead large-scale, multi-customer warehouse operations within one of the world's most respected logistics organisations. You will play a key role in shaping operational performance and site culture, ensuring safety, quality, and service excellence are delivered every day. ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Leading daily operations across warehouse activities, ensuring service, safety, and quality KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Engaging with customers to strengthen relationships, review performance, and drive satisfaction (CXM), while identifying opportunities for growth and contract renewal
  • Walking the shop floor to coach leaders, address operational challenges, and drive productivity improvements in line with OMS and First Choice principles
  • Monitoring financial performance, managing the site P&L, and taking corrective actions to protect EBIT and deliver against budget commitments
  • Leading cross-functional meetings with support functions (HR, Finance, Quality) to resolve issues, improve compliance, and enhance operational performance
  • Driving and overseeing continuous improvement projects, including operating model optimisation, resourcing strategies, and end-to-end project delivery
