Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individuals, with excellent communication skills and a passion to deliver great customer service to join our Edinburgh Post Office,

If you enjoy working in a busy environment where every day is different and the customer is centric to everything, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do you will work towards demonstrating your excellent Product Knowledge on promotions and offers.

You will be available to answer any customer queries whilst ensuring that you adhere to all security measures at all times.

Along with previous customer service experience, you will have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy.

A confident positive outlook will ensure that you can converse with a diverse customer base, enabling you to introduce products and services offered by The Post Office.

Successful candidates for the role will need to provide five years continuous referencing and consent to a criminal record check.
