Full job description

Uniqa is looking for a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our laboratory.

We are an award-winning lab based in the heart of Wimbledon, with over 15 years of expertise in high-quality dental restorations. We are passionate about combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge digital technology using the latest products and equipment.

The lab is easy to reach from across London, with direct train connections to Waterloo, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction, Earlsfield, and Richmond, plus London Underground and tram links.

SENIOR DENTAL CERAMIST requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ceramist.
  • Right to work in the UK and be London-based.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Valid GDC registration preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Costmetic and specialist cases like high-end crown and bridge work (ceramic layering, stain and glaze, veneers, small & multi-unit bridges, crowns [zirconia, e.max, cutbacks], implants, repairs, and adjustments)
  • Following the specifications and instructions provided by dentists.
  • Adapting to the lab's style and closely collaborating with dentists, technicians, and lab managers to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintaining clean and safe the assigned laboratory equipment and tools.
