Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while actively engaging in sales activities. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on products and services
  • Engage in active sales conversations, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable options
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
  • Manage product displays, stock levels, and inventory records with precision
  • Utilize IT systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills that help close deals confidently
  • Ability to operate IT tools such as point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
  • Valid driving license is advantageous for travel between locations or client visits
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
