Capturing lessons learned and best practice from across the project and supporting knowledge transfer across teams
Developing scalable training programmes, learning resources and digital adoption strategies to improve capability across the organisation
Establishing governance processes that promote consistent use of digital tools and measure adoption across project teams
Supporting the creation of case studies that demonstrate the value and benefits of digital innovation
Working collaboratively with Digital, Engineering, Design and Information Management teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Promoting modern digital ways of working and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the programme
Leading and mentoring a team responsible for supporting digital adoption across the project

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
Experience driving process improvement, governance and organisational change
Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
Experience managing teams and delivering continuous improvement initiatives
Project management or change management experience would be advantageous
Why Join Us?
