Practice Manager - Independent Optician Group
Cork, Ireland - €50,000 - €55,000
Role Purpose
As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the practice—leading your team, shaping performance, and ensuring every client receives first-class care from the moment they walk through the door.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
- Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplace
About You
You’re a confident leader with a passion for optics and people.

- Experience in optical retail management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- FBDO qualification (desirable, Not essential)
