Practice Manager - Independent Optician Group

Cork, Ireland - €50,000 - €55,000


Role Purpose

As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the practice—leading your team, shaping performance, and ensuring every client receives first-class care from the moment they walk through the door.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
  • Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
  • Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
  • Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
  • Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplace

About You

You’re a confident leader with a passion for optics and people.
