Overview- Dental Practice
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational and Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of programmes, maintaining strong relationships with leading a team to achieve organisational goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with management expertise and a passion for organisational excellence to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
  • Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and programmes in alignment with strategic objectives
  • Manage relationships with external partners, and clients to foster collaboration and support organisational growth
  • Supervise and lead teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Coordinate programme management activities, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of projects
  • Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Organise training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and organisational capacity
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to optimise outcomes
