Full job description

This is a full time Lecturer/Senior Lecturer post designed to bridge the gap students experience between theory and professional practice. You will facilitate students' successful transition into clinical environments and the processes associated with GMC registration.

Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering learning that prepares students for the responsibilities of senior clinical placements and Foundation Year (FY) training.
Developing processes to support and remediate student professionalism, ensuring graduates meet GMC standards.
Leading the complex pre-registration process for PA and medical students, facilitating the transfer of information to the UK Foundation Programme, as appropriate.

You will be a proven leader with the ability to influence stakeholders and a deep commitment to supporting the student experience. You possess the expertise to motivate students and the organizational skill to navigate GMC accreditation requirements.
