About The Role

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse to lead the care journey of a young child with a urological disorder. In this role, you'll be assisting the young girl in achieving her goals and aspirations within the serene landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales.

This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide hands-on care and oversight, ensuring the highest standards of support.

· Foster a nurturing environment conducive to the child's growth and well-being.

· Expert guidance and support to team members

About You

Essential:

· Experience in accessing ports to get bloods

· Proven experience in nursing roles, ideally in complex care settings.

· Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

· Ability to inspire and motivate.

· Dedication to providing person-cantered care.

· Experience in accessing ports to get bloods.

· Ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.

· Full driving license, enabling travel within the Yorkshire Dales.

· Non-smoker.

Desirable:

· Community nurse or oncology nurse

· Familiarity with paediatric care and support.

· Registered on the DBS update service.

· Expertise in urological disorders and their management.
