About the Role

We are looking for a caring, committed and passionate nursing professional to join a welcoming nursing home in Keighley.

This is a flexible opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Senior Nurse or experienced Nurse Unit Manager, with the final position and salary depending on your experience, strengths and suitability.

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about residents, takes pride in delivering high-quality care and is looking for a long-term opportunity where they can make a real difference.

Depending on your experience and the position offered, you will either focus on general nursing and end-of-life care or take on a leadership role within a dementia unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.
• Assess residents' needs and develop, review and implement individual care plans.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Support residents with general nursing needs, including end-of-life care where appropriate.
• Promote dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.
• Recognise changes in residents' health and respond appropriately.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to colleagues, where appropriate to the role.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

• Current NMC registration.
• Experience within a nursing home or a relevant clinical care setting.
• A caring, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for resident care.
• Strong communication, organisational and clinical skills.
• A commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care.

Leadership experience would be beneficial for candidates interested in the Senior Nurse or Nurse Unit Manager position.
