Are you a newly qualified nurse ready to take your first steps into your nursing career? We are proud to offer an excellent Preceptorship Programme designed to help you transition from student nurse to confident, competent Registered Nurse within our nursing home.

Working alongside a supportive team, you will receive structured guidance, mentorship, and practical experience to build your confidence and clinical skills.
