Maintenance Manager
North Down
Up to £60,000

Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in North Down, to recruit a Maintenance Manager.

As the successful Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and production equipment, while driving performance against key operational KPIs and assist in managing capital investment projects.

What you will be doing:

· Lead, manage, and develop a team of 6 engineers and technicians, including performance reviews, training, and succession planning

· Ensure high levels of equipment reliability and uptime across all production lines
Own and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), including downtime reduction, mean time to repair (MTTR), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance, energy usage, and maintenance efficiency

· Plan and manage preventative and predictive maintenance strategies

· Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, food safety regulations, and company policies

· Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment issues
