Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Shift Times: 19:00–07:00

Annual Holiday: 20 days per year

Licence: Valid SIA licence required

About the Role

Premier Support Services is looking for a reliable, professional and flexible Security Officer to join our team at a site in Kidderminster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site security, controlling access and providing a professional service to visitors, contractors and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Working in the site gatehouse and monitoring site access.
• Controlling and recording visitors and contractors.
• Operating the weighbridge and managing vehicle movements.
• Carrying out regular security patrols of the site.
• Monitoring access control procedures and maintaining site security.
• Completing accurate records, reports and shift handovers.
• Responding professionally to incidents and security concerns.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• A valid SIA licence appropriate to the role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A reliable, responsible and professional attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible approach to duties and working requirements.

Shift Pattern and Benefits

• £13.50 per hour
• 12-hour night shifts, 19:00–07:00. 4 nights on, followed by 4 nights off.
• 20 days' annual holiday.
