About the Role – Team Leader

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, coaching, and great food come together? Are you ready to lead by example and inspire others every day? We’re looking for dedicated Leaders to support, coach, and guide our team to create exceptional experiences for every customer.

You’ll be essential to the smooth running of each shift, working closely with the Manager and being the eyes and ears of the operation – both front and back of house.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a franchise that values its people and is dedicated to creating memorable moments for customers every day. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where you’ll have the chance to learn new skills, prepare delicious products, and help deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and consistently high food standards.
  • Support the day-to-day operations and take ownership during shifts.
  • Deliver joyful customer experiences with warmth and positivity.
  • Champion teamwork and a respectful, inclusive environment.
  • Stay informed about our food, drinks, and promotions to keep customers excited and engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and people.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A hands-on attitude and a love for early mornings!

What We Offer:

  • £13.30 per hour (plus a mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour)
  • 35 hours per week
  • Free meals when working +
  • Club Pret Membership – 5 free drinks a day and 50% off when not!
  • £5/hour extra for shifts starting between 3am–5am
  • Full-time positions across 5 days (Monday–Sunday), with shifts between 4am–11pm
  • 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata)
