Ecommerce Manager - Amazon & Shopify (Beauty and Skincare)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Location: 4 days office, 1 day WFH

The Role

We are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own commercial growth across Amazon and Shopify. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in revenue, conversion, margin, and execution. You will be responsible for improving performance, fixing issues quickly, and keeping product content and promotions sharp and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon (Primary)

  • Own day-to-day Amazon performance across listings, content, pricing, promotions, and account health
  • Improve listing quality (titles, bullets, keywords, images, A+ content) to drive conversion and organic rank
  • Manage Amazon promotions and key trading moments (Deals, coupons, seasonal events, launches)
  • Oversee Amazon Ads (if applicable), reporting on performance and improving efficiency
  • Coordinate stock availability with internal teams to prevent lost sales and reduce operational issues
  • Track KPIs and provide weekly insights and actions

Shopify (Primary)

  • Own Shopify store trading and merchandising (homepage, collections, product pages, offers)
  • Improve conversion rate through simple, consistent CRO and on-site testing
  • Support product launches with landing pages, bundles, and clear messaging
  • Monitor performance using GA4 and Shopify analytics, turning data into actions

Marketplaces + TikTok Shop (Secondary)

  • Support catalogue updates and marketplace listing hygiene across additional platforms
  • Support TikTok Shop activity as needed (product setup, offers, coordination with content)
  • Manage large catalogue files for uploads, mapping, cleanup, and QA

Catalogue and Data Management

  • Confident working with Excel/Google Sheets on large datasets
  • Bulk edits, mapping, error fixes, and quality control before uploads
  • Keep titles, attributes, compliance details, and imagery consistent across channels

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing Amazon and Shopify in an ecommerce role
  • Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail
  • Confident handling catalogue files and bulk changes (Excel/Sheets)
  • Comfortable reporting on performance and taking action from the numbers
  • Bonus: experience with other marketplaces and TikTok Shop
  • Bonus: experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, and Amazon Ads

KPIs & Success Measures

  • Amazon revenue growth, conversion rate, and listing quality improvements
  • Shopify conversion rate and revenue growth
  • Catalogue accuracy and reduction in listing errors
  • Strong execution of campaigns, launches, and promo calendar

The starting salary for this role is within the band of £45,000 - £52,000 per annum - the final salary offered will be based on your experience. Bonuses of £1k per month are achieve by hitting sales targets. Giving an OTE of £64,000.
