Location: Pool

Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, Short-Term, Long-Term

Pay Rate: Minimum £130 per day

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Zen Educate is supporting schools in Pool with their September 2026 hiring plans and is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our network. These roles offer the chance to work across a variety of school settings while making a positive impact in local classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear feedback
  • Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil development
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Requirements

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of UK classroom teaching experience
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
