Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Watford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to develop their career in a supportive and engaging school environment.

The Role

As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire young learners.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers.
  • Encourage a love of learning and help every child reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching in KS1 or primary education.
  • Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about working with children.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
