Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time Primary Teacher/Mentor to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing classroom environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting students’ social and emotional development, and creating a positive space where children feel confident to explore and grow. Your energetic approach will motivate students to reach their full potential while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to promote active learning.
  • Foster positive behavior management strategies to create a respectful and orderly classroom atmosphere.
  • Support students’ social-emotional development through mentorship, encouragement, and personalized attention.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure transparency and collaborative support.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs of students.
  • Monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and engagement.

Experience

  • Prior experience in early childhood education or primary school teaching is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in behavior management techniques that promote positive student conduct.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively connect with young learners, parents, and team members.
  • Knowledge of age-specific educational practices and developmental milestones.
  • Ability to work proactively in a dynamic classroom setting with enthusiasm and energy.
