We are now looking for a Community Relations Manager to grow our presence in Bromley, nurture community relationships, and promote our services and brand locally. The Role
As our Community Relations Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, local businesses, charities, and referral partners (community engagement).
  • Promote our services at events, open days, fairs, presentations and within local networks.
  • Generating enquiries and new client conversions, tracking outcomes and optimising processes.
  • Developing a referral partner network across the Bromley and Sevenoakes area
  • Plan and implement local marketing and digital/ social media campaigns aligned with the brand.
  • Support client social events, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Build partnerships and community groups
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development with operational goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and adapt strategies for maximum impact.

About You

You are a proactive professional with:

  • Proven success in business development or community engagement.
  • A warm, confident and professional communication style
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital and social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience motivating or leading others to achieve goals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office /c CRM tools).
