Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an Intelligence Researcher to join our team based at our Tewkesbury Head Office.

Our team provides our insurer clients with an in-depth review of an individual or commercial entity using an array of investigative techniques and open source information to build a picture of the potential fraud risk posed.

The successful candidate will:

● Assess, plan and carry out desktop investigations and detailed searches as required.

● Compile investigative reports detailing all relevant data in a clear and concise manner.

● Have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

● Have knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms.

● Be able to manage an individual caseload, adhere to deadlines and remain flexible to meet the demands of the role.

● Display positive behaviours to both clients and colleagues.

● Adhere to the company policies and procedures as set out in the staff handbook with particular attention to GDPR and confidentiality.

● Adhere to applicable legislation pertaining to the investigation.

● Previous experience of OSINT and investigations is a plus, but full training will be provided.
