At ACS, our Charter Brokers are the driving force behind private air travel for groups of 19 passengers and above. Whether it's flying a football team to their next match or a film crew to a remote shoot location, you’ll be creating tailored flight solutions for clients around the world. If you're excited by building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced, global environment—this is your runway to success


Job Description


Life as a Group Charter Sales Executive:

  • Research and build your own list of potential clients
  • Contact prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to win new business
  • Convert leads into loyal, repeat clients
  • Work with airlines to find the best aircraft for each group charter
  • Manage bookings from first enquiry through to flight departure and after care
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering outstanding service
  • Attend flights to oversee key client departures when required
  • Stay calm under pressure and find fast solutions when challenges arise
  • Collaborate globally with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications


What were looking for:

  • Experience working in a customer facing role withing luxury products & services - essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confident building strong client relationships
  • Proven track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs - desired
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems
  • Flexible and available to travel often at short notice
  • Full UK's drivers license required

£35,000pa + Commission guarantee bonus of £500 per month for 5 months of your training period
