Are you an experienced, dynamic, and hands-on hospitality professional looking for your next challenge?

Beaufort House Chelsea, an exclusive multi-floor cocktail bar, private members' club, and premier event space in the heart of King's Road, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our team and drive our business forward.

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the venue's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of luxury service, building strong relationships with our members, and managing financial performance to maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations across our private lounges, restaurant, and cocktail bars, ensuring an impeccable premium guest experience.

Financial Performance: Take ownership of the venue’s financials, focusing on KPIs, managing labour and stock costs, and continuously seeking ways to increase revenue and drive efficiency.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and hold department heads and team members accountable while remaining a supportive, approachable, and decisive leader.

Event Management: Work closely with our events team to ensure seamless execution of private dinners, corporate bookings, and high-profile parties.

Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.

What We Are Looking For:Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume premium venue, cocktail bar, or private members' club.

Financial Acumen: Proven track record of managing P&L accounts, budgets, stock control, and labour margins.People Skills: Exceptional communication and hospitality skills with the ability to engage authentically with a discerning Chelsea clientele.

Flexibility: A strong presence on the floor during peak trading hours, including nights and weekends.Licensing: A valid Personal Licence is highly desirable.
