LERÉI is an exclusive luxury wellness and longevity residence dedicated to supporting women through exceptional service, preventative wellness, movement, recovery, beauty and longevity experiences.

We are seeking a meticulous, professional and service-oriented Bathroom Attendant / Guest Facilities Attendant to ensure our members enjoy an immaculate, luxurious and welcoming environment throughout their visit.

About the Role

The Bathroom Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards expected within a luxury private members' wellness residence. You will be responsible for ensuring all guest bathroom and changing facilities remain immaculate, fully stocked and beautifully presented at all times.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, enjoys creating exceptional environments, and understands the importance of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all guest bathrooms, changing rooms and wellness facilities throughout the day.
  • Ensure all toiletries, towels, tissues, amenities and supplies are fully stocked and replenished.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain detailed cleanliness checks.
  • Ensure all surfaces, mirrors, fixtures and fittings are maintained to luxury hospitality standards.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to management.
  • Assist with laundry organisation, towel replenishment and facility presentation.
  • Support the Front of House and Operations teams when required.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
  • Create a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests.
  • Handle all interactions with discretion, courtesy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years required of previous experience in luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, five-star hotels, spas, wellness centres or similar environments is desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Professional, reliable and well-presented.
  • Friendly, courteous and service-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.
