Salary: £26,220 per annum plus company benefits

Location: Edinburgh, EH3 8EJ

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, shifts will be between 8am and 5:30pm on rotational basis with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role

As our Front of House Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. Your main responsibility is to ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels greeted with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and wants to make a great first impression!


Key responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and making them feel at home
  • Managing phone calls and directing them to the right team members
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Meeting room hospitality – set up and clear down
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and organized
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed

Personal attributes

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role
  • A friendly and approachable team player
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • Experience of MicroSoft Office Packages
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
