Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee information management.
- Support the administration of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to facilitate candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including preparing reports and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between departments regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and organising new hire orientations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or ATS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media management tools is a plus.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation is beneficial.
