  • Parts Order Processing, consisting of Manual PDF emails, Online Purchasing and FTP Confirmation
  • Order confirmations and navigating supplier order queries.
  • Backorder Recovery
  • Purchase Goods Receipting
  • Service Job Sheet Closure
  • Accrual Queries

Experience required:

  • Administrative experience
  • Confident user of Microsoft
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role
