Production Operative
Wrexham
£12.71 per hour
Permanent 4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern (Days & Nights)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering consistent full-time hours and a structured shift pattern.

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Carrying out quality checks on products
  • Following production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety
  • Reporting any machinery or quality issues to supervisors
  • Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Machine operation experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
  • Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift pattern

Shift Pattern:

  • 4 on / 4 off rotation
  • Mixture of day and night shifts
  • Full-time hours

Pay Rate:

  • £12.71 per hour
