Full job description

Company Description: Golden Link Inc. is a leading designer of licensed movie products that enhance the in-theatre experience for moviegoers. We focus on delivering cutting-edge concessions solutions and innovative promotions to theater exhibitors globally. Our innovative and high-quality merchandise brings beloved characters and films to life, providing fans with memorable and collectible items. With an extensive global reach and unparalleled service, we capitalize on our worldwide manufacturing partnerships to offer the highest quality products for high-visibility promotions and retail in Theatres and beyond.

Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager, Partnerships serves as Golden Link’s onsite project lead supporting one of its key entertainment partners. While this role is formally remote, it requires regular in-person attendance at the partner’s London office for meetings, reviews, and project-related needs. Onsite frequency will vary depending on business demands and workflow priorities. You will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple products—keeping schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned from concept through delivery. This role is central to driving efficiency, maintaining workflow transparency, and ensuring smooth execution across teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals for all products.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, workback schedules, and documentation.
  • Facilitate daily coordination between client stakeholders and Golden Link’s design, production, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee creative, packaging, product integrity, and sample reviews to ensure compliance with licensing and brand standards.

Operational Support & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as the onsite project point of contact, supporting day-to-day workflow and requests.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners on production milestones, design approvals, and shipment timelines.
  • Support operational planning for product rollouts, campaign activations, and key promotional events.
  • Maintain alignment between partner priorities and Golden Link’s production schedules and capabilities.

Process & Reporting

  • Create and distribute weekly status reports summarizing milestones, issues, and next steps.
  • Manage meeting agendas and lead weekly creative and bi-weekly process meetings.
  • Provide necessary details for executive reporting, including financials, support assets, marketing impressions, SKU counts, etc.
  • Document meeting notes, approvals, and follow-ups to maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance coordination and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, or operations—preferably within entertainment, licensing, or consumer products.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Experience working within or alongside a major entertainment company.

Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonus, with a benefits package aligned with UK statutory requirements. Opportunities for travel and professional development.
