You’ll be responsible for key platforms including Spectra Lung, Instant Booking (LCS) and third-party systems, which support patient management, clinical imaging, workflow coordination and communication. Working closely with operational teams, developers, and senior leadership, you’ll ensure our products are reliable, compliant, and continuously improving to deliver high-quality patient care.

This is a remote role with occasional travel, which would include quarterly visits to one of our InHealth offices.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and deliver a clear, outcome-focused product roadmap aligned to operational needs and strategic priorities
  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising based on value, risk, regulatory impact and feasibility
  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and product enhancements
  • Ensure products meet clinical safety, regulatory and information governance standards (including NHS requirements)
  • Act as the key liaison between operational users and development teams
  • Support release planning, documentation, demos and Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
  • Monitor performance, user feedback and product quality to drive continuous improvement
  • Support audits, governance and risk management activities

Your Background

Essential:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital or software environment
  • Experience within healthcare, screening services, medical imaging or another regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, backlog management and user story writing
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and prioritisation skills
  • Experience coordinating releases and managing change governance

Desirable:

  • Experience with product analytics or customer insight tools
  • Ability to support or mentor others in product best practices

About You

  • Customer-focused, with strong empathy for end users and patients
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Technically curious with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • A collaborative partner who builds trust across teams
