The Role:

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our growing team and work alongside our Marketing Manager. This is a varied, hands-on role that will support the planning, delivery and optimisation of marketing activity across digital and traditional channels.

You'll be involved in everything from managing campaigns and creating engaging content to analysing performance, supporting product launches and building supplier partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital marketing knowledge who enjoys using data to improve performance and generate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning, delivering and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign schedules and coordinate marketing activity across multiple channels.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, photography, video and written content for both digital and print.
  • Write and proofread blogs, brochures, email campaigns, social media content and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and optimise the Bfp website, ensuring content is current, engaging and SEO-friendly.
  • Manage PPC campaigns and support ongoing SEO activity to improve online visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, trade events, promotions and customer engagement activities.
  • Support the launch of new products by creating compelling marketing campaigns in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to develop joint marketing initiatives and generate marketing income through promotional partnerships.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

Schedule:

  • 9am – 5pm (Flexible)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Two Days home working

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
