· Schedule production activities and generate/release batch cards, including production routing and bills of materials (BOM).

· Liaise with Production and Shipping teams to communicate priorities and ensure alignment of schedules and deliveries.

· Negotiate pricing with suppliers where appropriate and monitor order fulfilment, including follow-up on delivery status.

· Manage purchase order processing and supplier communication using the SAGE system.

· Produce product labels, certificates, and associated quality and delivery documentation.

· Undertake product packaging activities, ensuring all required documentation (e.g., SDS, delivery notes, CoA, toxicity reports) is correctly prepared and provided.

· Liaise with Shipping to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.

· Support implementation and development of automation software and systems improvements.

· Oversee safe handling, storage, and disposal of waste materials in compliance with procedures.

· Ensure secure and compliant storage of raw materials, including use of secure storage facilities where required.

· Provide cover for shipping duties as needed.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across production support processes.

· Ensure all work is completed within agreed deadlines and in line with operational requirements.

· Adhere to company Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Health & Safety procedures at all times.

· Undertake additional duties as reasonably required.

What We Offer

· Full-time position: £33,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)

· Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)

· Full training and ongoing professional development

· Clear opportunities for career progression in a high-growth environment

· Exposure to advanced materials and innovative technologies

· This is an office-based role working from our Manufacturing and Technology Centre in Calne.
