Full job description

Staffpower Group are currently working with a fantastic company based in Washington who are the leading manufacturer of aerial lifts.

We are looking for multiple assembly operators to start immediately.

Shifts and Salary:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7am - 3pm
  • £12.71 per hour increasing to £13.00 per hour from 12 weeks

Basic Outline:

  • Attending start of shift briefings to receive targets for the day.
  • Using a variety of different hand tools to assemble a variety of products.
  • Working on a fast-paced production line.
  • Visual quality inspection of own work upon completion.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • General housekeeping duties and additional duties as and when required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Flexible to the needs of the business such as overtime.

The Candidate

  • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
  • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.

Benefits

  • Possible permanent contract after 12 weeks
