Hours: Part-time and Full- time roles available, 20–40 hours per week (weekdays and weekends) Weekends Complusory.
Pay: £15.00–£20.00 per hour plus bonus

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. You will guide clients through the experience of selecting and purchasing their perfect piece — from initial consultation through to final sale — while delivering the exceptional, personalised service our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client preferences, needs, and budget
- Provide expert advice on diamond selection, ring settings, and bespoke design options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to address questions, provide updates, and close sales
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met
- Liaise with the production team to manage and track orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
- Support visual merchandising and maintain the aesthetic presentation of the showroom
- Participate in events and promotional activities as required
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in luxury goods or jewellery
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for helping clients and delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of diamonds and gemstones (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required
