Full job description

We're looking for a talented Content Creator who can shoot, edit and craft compelling content for some incredible brands.

At NRG Studios, no two weeks are the same. One day you could be filming a customer story in London, the next capturing an event in New York, producing content for a global brand, or helping bring a creative concept to life from behind the camera and in the edit suite.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that cares deeply about the work it creates.

If you're equally comfortable behind a camera, inside Premiere Pro, and contributing ideas around the creative table, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Content Creator at NRG Studios, you'll play a key role in bringing projects to life from production through to delivery.

You'll be:

  • Shooting a range of content including interviews, talking heads, brand films, social content, event coverage, promotional videos and more
  • Editing engaging, story-led content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Supporting creative development and contributing ideas throughout projects
  • Working closely with producers, creatives and clients to deliver exceptional work
  • Bringing energy, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to every shoot and edit

Who You Are

You're someone who genuinely loves creating content and is always looking for ways to improve your craft.

You'll likely have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a professional creative or production environment
  • Strong videography skills and confidence operating professional camera equipment
  • Extensive experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • A solid understanding of storytelling, pacing and audience engagement
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visuals
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Great communication skills and confidence working with clients and contributors
  • A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates video work you're proud of

Bonus Points (But Definitely Not Essential)

  • Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects
  • Colour grading footage in DaVinci Resolve
  • Photography skills
  • An interest in emerging production technologies and creative trends ie: AI

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with exciting clients across a wide range of industries
  • A friendly, collaborative and ambitious team environment
  • 28 days annual leave incl bank holidays, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year
  • Access to Bupa Health Insurance, including a range of wellbeing, fitness, retail and travel benefits
  • Opportunities to travel for projects in the UK and internationally
  • Investment in your personal development and creative growth
  • The chance to play a meaningful role in shaping our work and creative future
