  • Review the work of junior staff and support their development
  • Use accounting software, data tools, and AI responsibly to increase efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and redesign processes that no longer earn their keep
  • Apply professional judgement and scepticism when reviewing outputs (human or AI-generated)
  • Handle technical queries and escalate the ones that genuinely need escalating

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (not part qualified, Not AAT)
  • Four plus years' experience in general practice
  • Strong Excel / data skills and comfort working across multiple systems
  • Demonstrable interest in automation, process improvement, and AI tools
  • Clear, effective written and spoken English without the use of AI
  • Live within 20 minutes of our office in N1 1QB (Please include your postcode on your cv)

Why join us

  • We do interesting work
  • We actively embrace technology and AI
