About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Programme Manager roles within our growing consultancy business. We are looking for organised, detail-focused professionals who can manage competing priorities, drive governance and keep programmes moving forward through clear communication and structured planning.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and projects
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and milestone schedules
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting delivery coordination where required
  • Managing stakeholder communication and keeping teams aligned on priorities
  • Overseeing budget tracking, financial analysis and risk reporting
  • Identifying, escalating and supporting resolution of risks and issues
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and user stories
  • Producing governance reports and supporting senior stakeholder visibility

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and programme management
  • Strong capability in project planning, scheduling and risk and issue management
  • Experience with multi-workstream coordination and programme governance
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budget oversight and reporting
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices, stakeholder collaboration and backlog refinement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • UK work authorisation

Nice-to-have experience includes:

  • Facilitation of agile ceremonies
  • Process improvement methodologies
  • Additional qualifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2)
