Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Transformation Manager to lead the Transformation function in delivering strategic, large-scale projects and programmes that support our organisational objectives.

You will provide strategic thought leadership and guidance across project management, project management office processes and testing, ensuring delivery to scope, time and budget, including capitalisation forecasting and reporting.

You will establish and embed governance frameworks and project management office processes, including prioritisation, status reporting, performance reporting and benefits realisation. You will manage external supplier relationships and work across the organisation to ensure the Transformation function is fully integrated and aligned to business operations and priorities, while leading the Transformation agenda to identify opportunities and translate them into delivery. You will also oversee testing activity, resource planning, business analysis and process mapping, and establish a business change framework to ensure organisation-wide adherence and best practice.

We’re looking for someone with experience of managing a transformation function including a project management office, with a strong track record as a change leader delivering projects, programmes and organisational change. You will bring experience of implementing portfolio management processes and managing Service Design activity, with excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong focus on customer outcomes and business benefit-driven solutions.
