We are seeking an exceptional, strategic and operational leader to oversee a remit of 9 sites and a team of approximately 250. This is a high-energy, multifaceted environment bringing together hospitality, elevated workplace dining, bespoke catering, events, and pantry services — where creativity, adaptability and exceptional standards are simply the norm!
Main Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across 9 sites, ensuring seamless delivery at scale
- Rapidly develop and execute clear, actionable plans — bringing strategy to life with pace and precision
- Drive innovation across food concepts, responding to frequent bespoke menu requests
- Act as a trusted partner to the client, confidently pivoting in line with evolving direction
- Lead change management initiatives across a complex, fast-moving contract
- Maintain strong financial oversight, ensuring commercial performance and sustainable growth
- Remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure
Person Specification
- Proven leadership experience within high-end contract catering, premium restaurants, luxury hospitality, or elevated employee dining is essential
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- A deep understanding of what exceptional food looks like and how to deliver it at scale
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment
- Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Confident leading through change with clarity and influence
- Innovative mindset with a passion for quality and creativity
