What Are We Looking For?

Our Integrated Asset Management team in Cumbernauld are looking for a Site Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to assist in the delivery of projects across Scotland. You will be responsible for supporting our Survey Team with a variety of site engineering and surveying experience, working within a dynamic and driven team.

Please note this position will require flexibility on working location, with accommodation provided by RSE.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Site Engineering, including setting out and site control establishment.
  • As-Built Surveys.
  • Processing survey data and producing drawings in CAD software.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports for the Design & Delivery management teams.
  • Utility & buried services location.
  • Laser Scanning existing assets.
  • contribute to the management of the construction works.
  • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
  • Supporting the team, with any other duties as required.

What Do You Need?

  • NC or above in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Keen willingness to learn and develop.
  • Able to work in various locations across Scotland and the North of England.
  • Good time management, with the ability to multitask, plan, and organise day to day workloads within a busy environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Beneficial Experience:

  • Laser scan surveys, and processing the data.
  • Drone surveys
  • GPR / EML locators
  • N4CE / Civil3D / Trimble Business Centre software packages.
