We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established and growing project management team, delivering high-end retail interior fit-out projects across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects from initial feasibility through to completion. You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle across a range of retail projects, including new store roll-outs and refurbishments.

Duties include:

· Managing multiple projects from inception through to completion.

· Taking responsibility for project budgets, programmes, timelines and cost sign-off.

· Leading client roll-outs for new stores and refurbishment projects.

· Producing project programmes, schedules and delivery plans.

· Leading site meetings, monitoring progress, issuing minutes and maintaining cost reports.

· Carrying out feasibility studies for new sites, including risk analysis and initial cost estimates.

· Producing detailed estimates and CAPEX forecasts.

· Providing value engineering solutions while maintaining the required quality of the build.

· Providing regular project updates and reports to clients and key stakeholders.

· Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

· Managing and negotiating contracts and schedules of works, particularly across M&E and FF&E.

· Providing technical input across M&E, FF&E, construction and value engineering.

· Ensuring projects meet relevant health & safety requirements and statutory legislation.

· Identifying project risks and developing appropriate solutions and responses.

· Managing external consultants and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Supporting and developing junior members of the project team.

· Contributing to the development of processes and structures within the project

The right candidate will have/be:

· A minimum of 5 years' experience within the sector with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

· Experience in retail, leisure or hospitality project management, either client-side or contractor-side.

· A proven background delivering high-end retail interior fit-out projects across the UK.

· Strong technical knowledge, particularly across M&E, FF&E and value engineering.

· A good understanding of construction health & safety requirements and relevant legislation.

· Strong commercial awareness, including experience with estimates, budgets and project costs.

· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· The confidence to communicate with and influence clients, contractors and other stakeholders.

· Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK to attend project sites.
