The Role –

Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for an Electrical Project Manager. You will need to demonstrate both project management and people management skills as well as owning the vital installation process from start to finish.

Further Detail -

The successful candidate will be proficient in all these areas...

· Resource management.

· Following procedures.

· Ensuring installation workflows are adhered to & developed.

· Ability to use operational software.

· Ensure profitability & efficiency on every installation.

· Push all site activities forward to meet deadlines.

· Ensure completion dates are met in order to match the company revenue targets.

· RAMS Writing skills.

· Program writing skills using MS Projects

· Performance management of the engineer team.

· Performance management all aspects of the project.

The Candidate -

· Hold a full UK driving license

· Hold valid ECS card

· Have proficient MS Office IT skills

· Have demonstrated and documented experience in Electrical Project Management having managed electrical projects ranging between £50-£500k.

· Preferable to have City & Guild 2391 or equivalent

· The successful candidate must be an experienced electrician & have managerial experience

· Experience within Water or Industrial electrical industries

· Live a commutable distance from Portsmouth
