  • Coordinate installation teams across multiple residential developments.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular client updates.
  • Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and to our expected margins.

About You

You will have proven experience in project management within signage, branding, marketing suites, fit-out, print, construction or a closely related industry.

Ideally, you will have experience working directly with UK house builders or residential developers and understand the requirements of new-build sales environments.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercially aware, with good budget and cost-control skills.
  • Confident dealing with clients at all levels.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • A strong communicator and problem solver.
  • Experienced in coordinating suppliers, contractors and installation teams.
  • Detail-focused, with a strong eye for quality.
  • Proactive, practical and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable travelling to development sites across the UK when required.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant materials, their uses and suitability for projects.

Why Join Us?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant and growing business working with some of the UK's leading house builders and residential developers.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects, build strong client relationships and play a key role in delivering exceptional signage and marketing environments across new developments nationwide.

Career progression is anticipated.

You should expect to earn £100k based on a salary of £80k pa with an expecture bonus of approximately £20k based on our experience and your performance.
