Project Manager

* Hailsham, East Sussex * £50,000 * Full-time | Permanent

A growing organisation is undergoing major transformation and looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across operations, supply chain, systems and automation. You’ll create structure around change, drive delivery, and ensure projects land successfully across the business.

This role sits within the European Supply Chain / Projects function and plays a key part in turning strategic proposals into executable plans, creating structure around change, and ensuring projects deliver practical, long-lasting outcomes.

You’ll work across multiple functions, locations and levels, influencing without relying on authority, driving clarity, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

The Role

  • Lead operational and supply chain projects from concept to completion
  • Build clear project plans, milestones and governance
  • Manage systems, process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Maintain RAID logs, reporting and stakeholder updates
  • Identify risks, issues and mitigation plans early
  • Influence across functions and locations
  • Coordinate implementation, handover and benefit tracking
  • Drive continuous improvement using a Plan–Do–Review mindset

About You

  • Project management experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing or transformation
  • Strong planning, risk and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Experience delivering systems, process or automation projects
  • Able to simplify complex information and communicate clearly
  • Confident, proactive and solutions‑focused
  • Formal PM qualification desirable but not essential
