Job Introduction

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead high‑impact pre‑construction projects that shape the future of the Defence estate. This role places you at the forefront of estate transformation, driving CDM compliance, stakeholder engagement and sustainable design across major schemes. Your expertise will directly influence the quality, safety and long‑term performance of critical infrastructure.


Role details

  • Salary: £59,800 to £65,995 (DOE) + £600 monthly car allowance
  • Location: Forthview House, Rosyth, Fife, Scotland, KY11 2BL
  • Contract: Permanent, Office‑based, Mon–Fri
  • Travel: Regional travel required (expenses supported by the company)


About the Organisation

Landmarc supports the UK Armed Forces by keeping the Defence Training Estate running safely and effectively. We manage training areas and ranges, maintain essential infrastructure and deliver major improvement projects that enhance military training across the UK.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee pre‑construction work for major schemes from £100K to £10M
  • Develop client briefs, shape strategic options and ensure full CDM compliance
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and champion Government Soft Landings
  • Manage supply chain, design assurance, risk mitigation and sustainability targets
  • Ensure seamless project handover to regional teams and asset management
  • Build a high‑performing team culture that thrives on collaboration and accountability
