The environment is modern, collaborative and evolving and this role contributes directly to improving how we plan, deliver and govern technical change across the organisation.

About the Role

As a Project and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering planned technical changes, upgrades and improvements across our technology landscape. About You

You will be someone who enjoys structured, practical technical work and takes pride in the accuracy, safety and clarity of what you deliver. You’ll be comfortable working across different systems and collaborating with colleagues in Infrastructure, Applications and Service Desk.

You will bring:

  • Experience delivering technical projects, upgrades or planned environment changes
  • The ability to translate requirements into clear technical actions
  • Experience coordinating technical delivery with suppliers
  • An understanding of core technical concepts such as networks, systems, devices or identity
  • Experience working within change and release processes
