Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Lettings Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within the property management sector, supporting the lettings process from carrying out viewings, inspections and much more tasks to assist the lettings admin team. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring smooth communication between the lettings team and properties in the portfolio, contributing to the efficient operation of our lettings department. This position is paid and ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in property management.

Responsibilities

  • Organising and carrying out inspections, check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging repairs quickly and professionally
  • Support the organisation of property viewings and inspections
  • Managing rent arrears
  • This job will be primarily out of the office work, viewings, inspections, delivering Letters and supporting the admin team with any out of the office work they need doing.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
