Systems Analyst
Business Transformation, Property Management (Fixed Term Contract, 12 months)
This position is full time, fixed-term and based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working. Candidates outside Glasgow may also be considered.

Role Purpose
Manage and develop the systems to support and advance CBRE property management operations. Working within the Business Transformation team you will be joining a team with a diverse set of technical, operational, and business management skills and a wealth of experience within the Property Management sector. The team maintains a reputation for excellence and consistent delivery within CBRE and in the wider industry.
The Systems Service Desk Analyst will primarily provide support, guidance, and subject matter expertise to the business on CBRE property management systems used to deliver Property Management, Accounting and Facilities Management operations.
The team oversees all key IT controls for the Property Management business liaising with the CBRE Global Digital & Technology team to ensure a compliant, streamlined and controlled digital platform is provided to deliver services to our clients. The role will require the individual to work on our enterprise service desk platform to provide end user support across our European and UK operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st level support for UK and European property management systems), workflow and reporting applications.
Use CBRE’s enterprise service desk platform, Service Now, to manage support requests and incidents.
Support system upgrades, new functionality implementation and integrity testing projects.
Develop strong relationship with PM teams, D&T and third-party suppliers, liaising on system development and issue resolution.
Ensure audit controls are adhered to, working with Audit Assurance and D&T teams to ensure appropriate network and application access for Asset Services and third parties.
Provide project management support for internal team and client led projects.
Person Specification/Requirements
Previous commercial experience in an end user environment.
Thorough understanding and expertise in property management software or related business systems.
Understanding of basic accounting principles as advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority.
Experience with reporting, workflow and accounting software an advantage.
Keen to develop digital and software skills.
Previous Service Desk experience an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
