We are a dynamic property management company specialising in residential properties across London. We serve both international and local landlords, providing top-tier service and management. We are currently seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of 120 residential properties across London.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties receive timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high standards of work and timely completion.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, terminations, and evictions in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that arise, providing solutions that align with both landlord and tenant needs.
  • Collaborate with external agents and contractors to ensure services are delivered effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple properties with positive outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of the current property market and relevant laws.
  • Positive references from previous employers.
