Commercial Property Manager – Glasgow (Full‑Time)

About the Role

Ross and Liddell are seeking a proactive and professional Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone experienced in property management, highly organised, and confident dealing with clients, landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis.

You will play a key part in ensuring our commercial properties are managed efficiently, in line with lease obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for landlord and tenant enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Read and interpret commercial leases, identifying repairing obligations, service charge responsibilities, and key terms.
  • Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budget and approval workflows.
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports, client updates, and other client documentation
  • Conduct regular property inspections, noting repairs, maintenance needs, health and safety issues, and producing follow‑up reports.
  • Liaise with contractors to arrange works, gather quotes, and ensure completion to required standards.
  • Attend client meetings, updates, and service reviews.
  • Attend AGMs where required, ensuring documentation and follow‑up actions are managed effectively.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage varied enquiries.
  • Ability to read leases and understand property obligations (training can be provided).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems. TRAMPS System being our preference.
  • A professional, client‑focused attitude.
