A superb opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Property Factor in Glasgow at Senior PM level!

Our client has some exciting future plans and now seek to appoint an experienced Property Manager to their Glasgow office overseeing a portfolio of developments and a small team.

On offer is a great salary package between £38-45k with hybrid working, car parking, excellent holidays and the chance to work in a really dynamic environment.

Key duties will include:

  • Overseeing and leading Factoring services to a portfolio of property developments
  • Client relationship management
  • Owners meetings and property inspection
  • Delegation of work to a small team, collaborative working to provide great client service
  • Team supervision and mentoring
  • Working closely with senior management to improve and develop processes

Candidates should have good previous Property Management/Factoring experience with a hand on and service driven approach. It’s important that you can lead from the front, have confident communication skills and solid all round IT abilities.
