Earnings Potential

Fine and Country agents earn on average between £8,000 and £10,000 per completed sale. Exchange on one sale per month and your earnings exceed £100,000 per year.

  • OTE £100,000 to £120,000+ based on one to two completions per month

  • Commission is uncapped and directly tied to the instructions you win

  • Higher average fees reflect the premium market you operate in

  • Advanced commission options available to speed up your first income
