The role is ideal to supplement retirement or an existing freelancer income. The work is ad-hoc and could be received at any time of the day. Field Agents are not contracted to any hours, rather paid a set fee per job, that varies dependant on the job, time involved & client requirements. Example a 30min viewing pays a fee of £20.50 based within your account area. The fees are calculated with a minimum of £15 p/h achieved for the jobs completion.

Recruitment in this industry predominantly comes from a retired individuals, retired ex-police and freelancers. The role suits any retired or semi-retired individuals & freelancers with enough free time and flexibility to attend pre-confirmed appointments.

The instructions are wide ranging but include giving access to properties, holding keys and conducting viewings, collecting signatures and acting as an independent witness on finance documents or reconnecting customers who have recently lost contact with their client.

As a Field Agent you will conduct visits (including evenings and occasionally weekends) on the same day as you receive the instruction but more often with 24-72 hours notice subject to client requirements.

Your duties will include -

- Visiting our client's customers at their home or work.

- Providing access to view properties, taking photos, videos etc.

- Printing documents to deliver for customer/s for signing.

- Returning hard copies via post and scanning copies to our online system.

- Acting as a mystery shopper

- Visiting customer's who are not responding to conventional methods of contact.

- Covering a radius of 12-15miles from your home address.

- Communicating with Head Office.

- Must have a smartphone, printer, own vehicle and be willing to undertake a DBS check.

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
