Property Photographer / Energy Assessor / Floor Planner

Location: Surrey (primarily Woking, Knaphill, Cobham and the surrounding areas)

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per year (depending on experience)

Hours: 4-day working week (Monday–Friday, with one weekday off to be agreed)

No weekends. No bank holidays.

Footprint Design is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Property Photographer / Energy Assessor / Floor Planner to join our growing team covering Surrey.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll visit residential properties on behalf of estate agents and property professionals, completing all three of our core services during a single appointment:

• Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
• Professional floor plans
• High-quality property photography

The Role

You'll travel to residential properties throughout Surrey, predominantly around Woking, Guildford, Cobham and the surrounding areas, where you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out Domestic Energy Assessments and producing EPCs
• Measuring properties to create accurate floor plans
• Capturing professional property photography
• Providing outstanding customer service at every appointment
• Managing your own daily workload and route efficiently
• Representing the Footprint Design brand professionally at all times

Every day is different, with a mixture of apartments, family homes and high-end residential properties.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Experience producing floor plans
• Experience in property photography
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Excellent attention to detail
• Friendly, professional and confident with customers
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
