Property Manager (Lettings & Guest Services)

Fresh Air Property Management | Chichester Marina

Are you a people person who loves property? Do you thrive when balancing multiple priorities, from scheduling complex maintenance to helping a guest plan their perfect weekend away?

Fresh Air Property Management is looking for a versatile Property Manager to join our growing team. We aren’t just managing bricks and mortar; we are managing experiences. If you have a background in Lettings, Estate Agency, or Hospitality and want to join a team that is professional, agile, and actually fun to work with, we want to hear from you.

The Role: More than just administration You will be the heartbeat of our office at Chichester Marina. Your day won’t just be about compliance and contractors; you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and landlords.

  • Guest Experience & Sales: Handling inbound booking enquiries, converting sales, and ensuring every guest has a seamless stay from check-in to check-out.
  • Property Coordination: Helping manage our portfolio of 140+ holiday lets, tracking maintenance, and scheduling our trusted contractors.
  • Tenancy & Compliance: Ensuring everything stays legal, safe, and up to our high standards using our in-house systems.
  • Operational Variety: No two days are the same: one minute you’re resolving a maintenance issue, the next you’re discussing property performance with a landlord.
  • Property Field Visits: A balance of office-based management and on-site visits to our portfolio across the Chichester area to conduct check-outs, oversee maintenance quality, and ensure our high standards are met.

Who you are

  • A Natural Communicator: You are comfortable picking up the phone to a guest, a landlord, or a contractor and can adapt your tone accordingly.
  • Tech-Savvy: You enjoy using systems to stay organised.
  • Organized but Agile: You can juggle a high-volume inbox and a busy phone line without losing your cool.
  • Local & Flexible: You understand the Chichester area and are ready to be part of our 24/7 team.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Salary: From £30,000 per year + Bonus Scheme.
  • Weekend Commitment: We operate on an alternate weekend rota. You’ll be in the office on Saturdays and on-call remotely on Sundays. We provide a day off in lieu during the week for your Saturday shift, plus a Sunday on-call bonus of £50–£100 per day
  • The Perks: 30 days holiday (increasing with service), Birthday off, Free parking, and business mileage paid at 45p/mile.
