Shape A Life is the UK’s only graduate careers programme for Education, Early Years, and Children’s Social Care.

We help ambitious graduates begin meaningful careers working with young people while supporting schools to develop their future workforce.

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school just in Warrington (WA2) is looking for a graduate to join the team from September, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The school is looking for someone to support across the school, allowing you to gain experience across different ages and needs.#

The Role:

Working closely with pupils, teachers, and SEND staff, you will help children feel supported, engaged, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
  • Delivering small-group interventions
  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
  • Building confidence, communication, and social skills
  • Reinforcing learning within the classroom
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
